Our Business Model is called 4×4, it consists in 4 different Actors working together in 4 different Project phases.

a. 4×4 Business Model – Actors

Xegate 4×4 Business Model is based on four main Actors, that work together in a Project toward a common goal.

The Actors involved in the Project are:

CLIENT: OWNS RESOURCES & IDEAS – NEEDS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTS

VENDOR: OWNS TECHNOLOGY AND MAY SUPPLY WHAT CLIENT NEEDS FOR

INVESTOR: OWNS FUNDS FOR THE PROJECT

XEGATE: GATHERS TOGETHER THE ACTORS AND MAKES THE PROJECT HAPPEN

In the 4×4 Business Model, Xegate plays a crucial role, since Xegate makes the Project happen by pulling together all the Actors since the Selection & Proposal Phase and facilitating all the Technical and Financial milestones to make every Phase of the Project smooth.

  • Evaluating the Project with the Client
  • Advising for Project’s improvements
  • Searching for the best Vendors and Investors
  • Helping the Client select the most suitable Vendors and Investors
  • Assisting the Client Technically and Commercially to develop and evaluate the Proposal

c. Phase B - Supply & Start-Up

  • Technical and Financial facilitator between Client, Vendor, Investor
  • Inspection activities to ensure that the Engineering and the Fabrication is done correctly

d. Phase C - Production

  • Technical and Financial facilitator between Client, Vendor, Investor
  • Supervision at Production activities to ensure that the Production is performed correctly and all the data are recorded

e. Phase D - R&D & Rebranding

  • Technical and Financial facilitator between Client, Vendor, Investor
  • Research & Development of new products in Xegate Laboratories
  • Providing Analysis Certificates in the target Country or Region of Rebranding
  • Providing adequate rebranding style
  • Translation of labels and manuals
  • Marketing strategy

PHASE A – SELECTION AND PROPOSAL

In this Phase are allocated all the pre-Project activities. It is composed of the following Stages:

  • Research & Analysis
  • Analysis & Proposal

PHASE B – SUPPLY & START-UP

This Phase spans from Engineering to Start-Up:

  • Engineering & Fabrication
  • Shipment
  • Installation & Start-Up

PHASE C – PRODUCTION

In this Phase the products are improved by R&D and a fresh new product style is provided, suitable for the international market:
